How to book an appointment

There is no Family Physician clinics or emergency services at the Aline-Chrétien Health Hub. 

Many types of community and specialized services are offered at the Hub. Some services require a medical or healthcare professional referral, others allow for self-referrals and some are walk-in. Consult the web page of the service you need to find more information on how to get an appointment or service. 

It is still mandatory to wear a mask in the areas where patients and visitors are circulating.
